Information we use

The service stores account identity and security records, shop submissions and ownership evidence, moderation/support records, operational catalog facts and payment evidence needed for enabled workflows. It does not intentionally ingest merchant customer/order delivery contents.

Optional analytics

Optional behavioral analytics are off until you opt in from account preferences. When enabled, events use fixed schemas and internal IDs rather than raw search text, email addresses or full referrers. Raw optional analytics are retained for 30 days and daily aggregate dimensions for 13 months under the current retention policy.

Consent and retention

Withdrawing analytics consent stops future optional collection and removes your existing raw optional analytics. Financial, audit or security records can require separate retention rules.

Account deletion and public listings

Deleting a Hub membership is not the same as withdrawing a shop or public source listing. Shop control must be transferred or revoked first, and public content uses its own reviewed withdrawal or removal process.

Services used for requested features

When email delivery is enabled, Resend receives your recipient address and the message needed to deliver the requested service email. When payment processing is enabled, NOWPayments receives the promotion order reference, amount and chosen payment asset to create and verify its invoice.

Choosing Google or Discord sign-in exchanges the authorised account identifier and email details needed for sign-in or linking. Browser verification, when used, sends the challenge token and network information to Cloudflare Turnstile. These services also apply their own privacy policies.

Other retention and deletion rules

Expired authentication tokens, invitations and encrypted email contents are eligible for routine cleanup. Delivery metadata may remain for security, deduplication and investigation. Expired sessions can remain where linked to shop-control history.

Resolved or dismissed review reports are eligible for cleanup 90 days after resolution. Unresolved reports, and older records without a resolution date, remain for review. Account deletion deidentifies account-linked data; necessary financial, security, moderation and ownership history can remain. Contact support about a particular record or retention request.

Advertising availability emails and affiliate links

You can request one availability email for a specific advertising slot using your verified account address. You can cancel it on Advertising. After the email is sent, your alert leaves the active notification list; delivery and audit records follow their retention rules. Affiliate GIFs are served locally without advertiser scripts or tracking pixels. Clicking an affiliate link opens an external site whose privacy policy applies.

Automatic site statistics

The Hub automatically counts catalog requests, searches, shop and listing views, and merchant clicks without an opt-in. These counts contain no visitor identifier, account or session ID, IP address, raw search text or referrer. Repeat visits can add to counts; these are not unique-visitor or sales figures. Anonymous events are retained for 30 days and daily totals for 13 months.

Cookies and browser preferences

Sign-in and security cookies support authentication and protect forms. Language, display currency and optional advertising preferences can be saved in cookies. Theme, catalogue layout, filter position and guest saved filters are stored in this browser. You can change these preferences through the site controls or clear them in your browser. Clearing sign-in cookies signs you out.
